Step 1 | Place Order

Please place your order with our Personal Shopper via WhatsApp

Step 2 | Order

Kindly provide your shopping list together with your name, contact number, email address, My Lotus's account and payment method (online/ in-store).

Step 3 | Substitute Item

Should an item be unavailable, we will substitute it. Your Personal Shopper will contact you for confirmation.

Step 4 | Order Confirmation

Personal Shopper to confirm order and share the online payment link to you.

Step 5 | Online Payment

Make payment online and share the receipt to Personal Shopper. (Credit/ Debit Card, e-Wallet, Online Transfer)

Step 6 | Collection

Order to be collected by 6pm through any methods below:

Instore counter payment is still available.

A barcode for payment will be sent once it’s ready for collection. Do use the barcode for payment at dedicated checkout counter.

Order & Collect service is free for now, available in all Lotus's stores and there is no quantity limit per order.
Only valid for orders & collect on the same day.
The shopping list should indicate item quantity and weight indication for fresh items.
Order must be sent to us between 8am-4pm, on a first-come-first-serve basis as we have limited slots.
Order must be collected before 6pm. If failed to collect after reminder call, the order will be cancelled.
There will be no refunds or rejections if the customers were to make payment online.
