Electrical Policy
If the purchased product does not reach the expected quality, we will gladly make the exchange for you if the purchase does not exceed 7 days.
If it is more than 7 days, you can contact the nearest service center for repairs. Please refer to our Customer Service Counter for more information.
However, this Refund & Exchange policy is not applicable for all TV brand selling in all Lotus’s stores. Customer to contact Service Centre for assistance.
If there are damaged products (for WIRATA & LOTUS’S brand only) within 12 months from the date of purchase, you may exchange said product at the Lotus’s branch that you have visited, provided with the following conditions:-
- The original purchase receipt must be provided
- Warranty Card is available
- Items are in good condition & in original box/packaging
Items excluded from this policy are:
- All TV brands
- Fresh & frozen food
- Under garments (both men & ladies)
- Mobile phones & cameras
- Printing equipment, scanners & facsimiles
- Reduce To Clear
