Product Policy
We are happy to refund or replace any Lotus's products which falls below the high standard you expect. Please return it to any Lotus's store for a replacement or refund.
Products could be refunded at any our stores customer service counter within 7 days of the purchase date if below conditions are met:
- Original receipt is provided
- Products are still in good condition in original packaging
- Price tag is not removed
This policy does not apply to:
- Electrical products (please refer to Electrical refund policy at the customer service counter or electrical counter)
- Frozen and chilled food
- Undergarments
- Camera
- Mobile phones
- Printing equipment such as scanner, copier machine or fax machine
- Clearance products
