Lotus's Cash Voucher (In-store/ Physical)

1. What is Lotus's Cash Voucher?

It’s a physical voucher that is only applicable to be used at all of our stores

2. What denomination do we offer?

RM10, RM20, RM50

3. How long is the lead time to generate the vouchers?

10 – 14 working days

4. When will the voucher be processed?

The voucher will be processed once customer make payment to Lotus's

5. Can I purchase the voucher at any of Lotus's stores in Malaysia?

Yes, you can if the purchase amount is less than RM2,500 & it is also depending on the stocks availability at the store you visit. Please directly go to the Customer Service Desk at the store

6. What is the validity for the voucher?

1 year from the date of issuance and strictly no extension will be entertained

7. Can I redeem multiple vouchers at one time?

Yes, you can but you are only allowed to redeem up to RM500 max in a single receipt

8. How do I make payment for the vouchers?

You can make payment at any of our stores customer service desk using cash or credit/debit card or you can make payment by cheque or online bank transfer to Lotus's after our team sends you the invoice based on your online request

9. Is there a minimum spend to redeem/use the Lotus's Cash Voucher?

No minimum amount requirement to spend for Lotus’s Cash Voucher. However, no change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of Lotus’s Cash Voucher denomination

Lotus's eVoucher (In-store)

1. What is Lotus's eVoucher (In-store)?

It is an electronic voucher that is only applicable to be used at all of our stores. This eVouchers (In-store) are codes based which we only provide 22-digits (numerical) codes without a barcode format. Hence, respective clients would need to convert the codes into barcodes before distributing them to recipients

2. How can I convert the codes into barcodes?

You can convert the codes into barcodes using a recognised barcode converter. However, free barcode conversion from google is no longer acceptable to be used.

3. What if I cannot convert the codes into barcodes myself?

Lotus's can assist you with the barcode conversion with additional cost of RM0.40 per barcode & this will be in a separate invoice.

4. How are the barcodes provided once conversion is done?

We shall provide with encrypted Microsoft Excel file via email

5. How can I distribute the eVoucher to recipient?

In the Microsoft Excel file, you will find URL links for each of the barcodes. You can attach the link when distribute it by email or SMS. If you have an application, you can also distribute the eVoucher using it

6. What denomination do we offer?

RM5, RM10, RM20, RM50

7. Is there a minimum purchase of Lotus's eVouchers?

Yes, there is a minimum purchase of RM1000

8. How long is the lead time to generate the vouchers?

10 – 20 working days to generate the smartened codes (numerical) with additional of 3 – 5 working days to convert codes into barcodes based on quantity

9. When will the voucher be processed?

The voucher will be processed once payment has been made & confirmed by Lotus's

10. Can I purchase the eVoucher at any of our Lotus's stores in Malaysia?

No, it is not possible. You need to submit the voucher purchase request via our website using the form provided

11. What is the validity for the voucher?

1 year from the date of issuance and strictly no extension will be entertained

12. Can I redeem multiple vouchers at one time?

Yes, you can but you are only allowed to redeem up to RM500 max in a single receipt

13. Can barcodes fulfilment be done on behalf of me or my company? And if there is any additional cost?

Yes, it can be done by Lotus's with additional cost of RM0.15 per SMS/email

14. What do I need to provide to Lotus's for the fulfilment?

i. Company logo
ii. Message (if any)
iii. Email address with an encrypted key or mobile number

15. Can this eVoucher be used for Lotus's Online (LSO)?

Not applicable as it is only allowed for in-store used

16. Can I present the codes (numerical) only to cashier during redemption?

No, codes must be converted into barcodes for redemption or scanning purpose

17. Is there a minimum spend to redeem/use the Lotus's In-Store eVoucher?

Yes. The minimum amount spent must be at least the same amount as the Lotus’s eVoucher denomination.

Eg: You have RM50 eVoucher and your total order amount if RM50 above. It means, you can redeem it since your total order amount is the same as or more than the Lotus’s eVoucher denomination. However, if your total order amount is less than your Lotus’s eVoucher denomination. Lotus’s will not be able to process your payment with the eVoucher.

Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher (Shop Online/ Digital)

1. What is Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher?

It is an electronic voucher that is only applicable to be used on our online platform, Lotus’s Shop Online. To learn more, please visit https://lotuss.com.my/

2. What denomination do we offer?

RM5, RM10, RM20, RM50

3. Is there a minimum purchase of Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher?

Yes, there is a minimum purchase of RM1000

4. How long is the lead time to generate the Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher?

10 – 20 working days depends on the quantity of the eVouchers

5. When will the Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher be processed?

The eVoucher will be processed once payment has been made by client & confirmed receipt by Lotus’s

6. Can I purchase the Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher at any of our Lotus’s stores in Malaysia?

No, it is not possible. You need to submit the voucher purchase request via our website using the form provided

7. What is the validity for the Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher?

1 year from the date of issuance and strictly no extension will be entertained

8. Can I redeem/use multiple Lotus’s Shop Online eVouchers at one time?

No, multiple redemption/use is not applicable. (1) One code is only applicable for (1) One redemption only

9. Can this Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher be used at Lotus’s stores?

No. You can only use it on Lotus’s Shop Online platform

10. How can I distribute the Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher to recipient?

SMS, EDM (Email) or Client’s platform (App)

11. Does the delivery area cover all areas in Malaysia?

No. Only selected locations within Klang Valley area, Seremban, Johor Bahru, Kulai, Melaka, Ipoh, and Penang only. To check whether we deliver in your area, at your account setting, key in your address to find out if we deliver to you

12. Is there a minimum spend to redeem/use the Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher?

Yes. The minimum amount spend must be at least the same amount as the Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher denomination.
  • Eg: You have RM50 Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher and your total order amount is RM50 and above. It means, you can redeem it since your total order amount is the same as or more than the Lotus’s Shop Online eVoucher denomination

13. What is the format of the code for Lotus’s Shop Online evoucher?
