In the spirit of giving back to the community after withstanding a very challenging 2020, Lotus's had rolled out the Prihatin Initiative. The Prihatin Initiative which ran from December 2020 to February 2021 was designed to aid some 6,000 underprivileged B40 students from 21 of Tesco’s Adopted School Programme.
Through the Prihatin Initiative, selected students were given meal coupons which they can redeem from any Lotus's Malaysia’s food courts nationwide. Throughout this initiative as well, the students and their families also received additional essentials such as rice, cooking oil, hot beverages and the likes that were provided by both Lotus's and Lotus's mall’s tenants and suppliers.
If you are keen to provide more to the needy, do drop any grocery or household items at our Charity Food Bin at 10 selected stores, which are Lotus's Kepong, Cheras, Shah Alam, Station 18, Penang Sungai Dua, Alor Setar, Kota Bharu, Seremban Jaya, Melaka Sentral and Seri Alam.
