Lotus’s Malaysia celebrates its 2-year anniversary with special rewards, deals and Alpacas

Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Lotus's Malaysia) has officially turned two this month. Under the banner Kongsi Ceria, the retailer is rewarding its loyal customers by randomly selecting and rewarding five active My Lotus’s members weekly with gift vouchers at a total worth of RM280,000 from 9 May 2024 until 6 June 2024.

With a minimal spending of RM20 in 32 of its participating outlets, customers will get to meet and greet friendly alpacas - Romeo, Mocha & Friends and take home a cutesy framed photo of their close-up interaction. The alpacas will be touring Lotus’s malls from 18 May until 7 July 2024.

“Our goal at Lotus’s is to give our customers a delightful shopping experience and this year, we want it to be a memorable moment. We have curated many promotions, rewards and activities that embodies the heart of our brand and most importantly bring joy to our customers”, said Nuathip Pituckponstorn, Customer & Marketing Executive Director for Lotus’s Malaysia.

The Kongsi Ceria campaign will also include special anniversary RM2 deals, Twin promo buy 1 Free 1 for over 125 lines, 80% off on second item purchases for beauty and personal care ranges and every Wednesday Happy Hour delights from 2pm till 4pm on seafood, fresh produce, beverages, stationeries and household items.

Bringing further savings for customers, existing My Lotus’s members will receive six personalized discount coupons until December 2024. Meanwhile, newly signed up members will enjoy four discount coupons and an additional RM5 voucher on the first month of their membership. Throughout the campaign, Lotus’s is also doubling My Lotus’s member points on transactions made on Tuesdays.  

DJ Falyq Hikyle of Sinar FM will also make an appearance from 11am-1pm at Lotus’s Kajang (18 May), Lotus’s Shah Alam (25 May) and Lotus’s Ampang (1 June) for a meet & greet to give away exclusive Sinar FM merchandises and Lotus’s gift vouchers totaling more than RM3,000 to customers.

Brands like Nestle and Lays will also be running exciting roadshows in selected Lotus’s stores offering customers further discounts and the chance to win cash vouchers and UEFA merchandise. 

Lotus’s is also hosting a #KitakanJiran indoor picnic and Alpaca therapy session with Romeo, Mocha and Friends for exceptional children from Tender Touch Pediatric Rehab and Gabungan Anak-Anak Palsi Serebrum (GAPS) at its Setia Alam outlet on 25 May 2024.

Overall, Lotus’s now operates 69 stores with 63 malls in Peninsular Malaysia. The retailer opened its first three Lotus’s stores in 2021 in Kepong, Penang e-Gate and Desa Tebrau, providing customers with a wide selection of its Lotus’s Own Brand products and extending support to vulnerable communities with its #KitakanJiran programmes.
