Organiser & Qualifications

 

  1. “Beli & Menang” (“Contest”) is organized by Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (No. Syarikat: 200001018812 (521419-K)) (“The Organiser’) in collaboration with Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Company No.:200801035403 (836743-D)) (“PayNet”).
  2. The Contest is open to individuals meeting the following criteria:
    1. shop at any Lotus’s outlet (in-store) and / or Lotus’s Shop Online (https://www.lotuss.com.my/en or via the Lotus’s Malaysia mobile app)
    2. must be 18 years old and above, permanent resident in Malaysia or a Malaysian citizen with a valid identification document and with a valid account with any financial institution in Malaysia during the Contest Period (“Participant”); and
  3. Individuals listed below are not eligible to win Monthly Grand Prizes A and Monthly Grand Prizes B:
    • Employees of the Organiser and PayNet (including its associates, subsidiaries or related thereto) and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, including spouses); and/or
    • Representatives, employees and/or the advertising agencies or promotional agencies of the Organiser and PayNet (including its associate and related companies), and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, spouses).
    • Participants who have won prizes from any contest or campaigns organized by Lotus’s within the last SIX (6) months prior to this Contest Period are not eligible to win any of the Monthly Prizes in this Contest.

 

Contest Period & Entry Criteria

  1. This Contest will commence from 31 July 2025 until 24 September 2025 at 11:59 PM (Malaysian Time) ("Contest Period") and segregated into Weekly and Monthly periods as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any entries received beyond the Contest Period will be rejected and deemed invalid.
  2. A minimum purchase of RM100 and above via Lotus’s outlet (in-store) and / or Lotus’s Shop Online (https://www.lotuss.com.my/en) in a single receipt/transaction, within the stipulated Weekly and Monthly Periods will be eligible for a maximum of 1 (ONE) entry per receipt (“Proof of Purchase”).
  3. The Participant may submit more than ONE (1) entry during the Contest Period, but each Participant is limited to only submitting a maximum of THREE (3) entries per day throughout the Contest Period. Each receipt can only be used ONCE. All of the Participant’s entries will be disqualified if the same receipt is used for more than ONE (1) entry.
  4. Entries received beyond each stipulated Weekly and Monthly Period will be deemed invalid and will be forfeited. For example, a purchase receipt dated 9 August 2025 (of the Week 2 – Weekly Contest) must be submitted on or before 13 August 2025. The said purchase receipt will no longer be valid for submission in the following week. This submission criteria applies to the Monthly Contest Period as well, please refer to the Contest Period below for your submission:

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and/or, extend the duration of the Weekly or Monthly Periods or the Contest Period as well as terminate the Contest.
  2. The Receipt / Proof of Purchase must be submitted via the method stated below (How to Participate).

How to Participate

  1. Participants can submit their entries via Lotus’s Malaysia app (“Contest Mechanism”).
    How to Participate:
    • Make a purchase with a minimum of RM100 and above at any Lotus’s outlet (in-store) and / or Lotus’s Shop Online (https://www.lotuss.com.my/en) in a single receipt/transaction.
    • Register as a My Lotus’s Member at https://www.lotuss.com.my/en/mylotuss to be eligible to participate, submit your entry (via the “Beli & Menang” widget and stand a chance to win weekly/monthly prizes.
    • For an entry to be considered valid, customers must submit their entry by completing the designated form with the following information;:
      • Receipt number;
      • Transaction amount;
      • Valid Email address;
      • Indication of payment method via a check box (e.g. MyDebit / DuitNow or other payment methods); and
      • A complete answer to the contest question.
    • Entries with incomplete or unclear details or without a completed contest answer will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

    • Participants can triple their chances of winning when making payment using MyDebit card or DuitNow QR at any Lotus’s in-store cashier counter (normal checkout counters only) during the Contest Period.
    • Please note that DuitNow is not accepted at Lotus’s self-checkout counters. Therefore, only receipts showing DuitNow as the payment method made at normal checkout counters will qualify for the triple entry benefit.
    • Any receipt that does not display "DuitNow" as the payment method will not be eligible for the triple chance bonus.

  1. Participants are required to provide a valid identification document (Malaysian identification card) during or prior to prize redemption for the Winner verification process.


Shortlisting of winners

  1. The winner will be selected based on the following process:
    • Selection of Weekly Prize winners: At the end of each Weekly Period, the eligible Participant will be shortlisted by an automated computerized selection system based on the number of valid entries eligible for that Weekly Period.
    • Selection of Monthly Prize winners: At the end of the entire Monthly Contest Period, the eligible Participant will be shortlisted by an automated computerized selection system based on the number of valid entries received during the Monthly Period.
    • Winners are only eligible to win ONE (1) Weekly Prize or ONE (1) Monthly Prize (for the entire contest period), during the Contest Period.
    • After the end of each Contest Period, in the event the winners cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts for three (3) consecutive days (during working hours, Monday to Friday), the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Winner’s eligibility and shall select the next qualified Participant as the Winner at the absolute discretion of the Organiser.

Redemption Terms, Communication & Responsibility

  1. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions set by the supplier (if applicable). To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser, PayNet, and its agents are not responsible for all liabilities, losses and damages arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes details or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser and/or PayNet and for any act or default by any vendor or third party supplier.
  2. The Organiser and PayNet shall not be liable for any loses or damages which occur during the prize redemption process.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to postpone the date and change the place/venue for prize redemption that has been determined to a later date or another place/venue in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
  4. The Organiser and PayNet shall not be liable for any transportation costs in connection with the redemption and/or delivery of the prize. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or incidental expenses, costs, fees or charges imposed in respect of the prize collection are solely borne by the Winner.
  5. The prize fulfillment will be subjected to the availability of these prizes. The Organiser will notify the winner from time to time.
  6. All decisions made by the Organiser in connection with the Contest including but not limited to the selection of winners and the Contest Prizes are final, conclusive and binding. Any correspondences, inquiries, appeal or objection from the Participant shall not be entertained.

Winners’ communication

  1. The winners will be contacted by the Organiser (from [email protected] mailto:[email protected]) via email based on the email information supplied during their submission process. Therefore, we advise the Participant to update their latest valid email address during entry submission.
  2. All shortlisted winners will be contacted exclusively via email and push notifications through the Lotus’s Malaysia app and Lotus’s Malaysia official WhatsApp account. No other methods of communication (such as SMS, or phone calls) will be used by the Organiser for this Campaign.
  3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during participation is valid, active, and accessible. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any failure to receive communication due to invalid, incorrect, or inactive email addresses. Failure to respond to the email notification within the stipulated time may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
  4. Participants are advised to regularly check their registered email inbox throughout the Campaign Period for any updates or winner notifications. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during participation is valid, active and accessible, as all official communications regarding the Contest (including winner notifications) will be conducted strictly via email and push notifications through the Lotus’s Malaysia app and Lotus’s Malaysia Official WhatsApp account.
  5. Winner must claim their Contest prizes on the specific date provided by the by the Organiser. In the event the Winner (for Weekly Prize / Monthly Prize) fails to claim their prize or nominate a representative within the stipulated time, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes and award the prizes to another Winner. The winner must present a valid identification document to redeem/receive their prizes.
  6. Winner that requires a representative to claim their prize on their behalf must ensure that their representative provide a letter of authorization issued by the Winner, a copy of the Winner’s valid identification document, and the representative’s valid identification document.
 

Rights of the Organiser

  1. By participating in this Contest, the Participant give their consent to the Organiser to publish and use their names and images submitted by the Participant/Winner (if any) for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose in any medium, without any prior notice nor compensation to the Participant/Winner. Participant/Winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
  2. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. The Organiser shall be entitled to replace the prizes with other prizes of the same value at its sole and absolute discretion. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its agencies, affiliates, and sponsors and their representatives shall not be liable for any defects or misuse of the prizes, or to any claims, liabilities, losses or damages in connection with this Contest.
  3. If for any reason this Contest is unable to proceed as planned for (and not limited) reasons such as computer virus, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, any act of government not limited to movement control order or any other reason beyond control, the Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest.
  4. The Organiser at its sole discretion may remove and/or disqualify any Participant and/or entries if found or suspected of cheating/hacking/tampering with the Contest submission process, the operation of this Contest or in violation of any Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Terms and Conditions at any time.
  6. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, any other order or rules of the Contest as stated at the website https://corp.lotuss.com.my/campaigns/Lesgo-Lokal-dengan-Lotuss or otherwise, shall also bind all Participants and their participation in this Contest.
  7. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any terms contained in any promotional materials for this contest, the terms and conditions contained at [INSERT URL] shall prevail. In the event there is inconsistency between the Malay and English language version of the Terms and Conditions, the English language version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  8. By participating in the Contest, the Participant give their consent to the Organiser or any third party appointed by the Organizer to process the Participant's personal data for the purposes of this Contest.
  9. Unless stated otherwise, all transportation cost, internet charges, personal costs and/or any and all other costs, fees and/or any and all kind of expenses incurred by the Participant in connection with this Contest (whether for the purpose of joining, participating in or receiving any benefit or prizes from the Contest) are at the sole responsibility of the Winner. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its affiliates or authorized agents or representatives shall accept no liability or responsibility whatsoever for those costs/charges/fees/ expenses incurred by the Participant in connection with this Contest. 
  10. The Organiser and PayNet, its affiliates and/or authorized third parties shall accept no liability or responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed due to computer, IT or any technical error.

Liability and Responsibility

  1. Participants as well as Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility for any liability, unexpected event, injury, damage, claim or accident (including death) caused by their participation in this Contest and/or redemption and/or use of the Contest Prizes and agree to release the Organiser, PayNet and its agencies from any claim whatsoever for any injury, accident, loss of life nor loss of economy and others.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event the Organiser and PayNet or any of its officer, employee, representative and / or agent (including, any third party agencies that deals with the Organiser for the purposes of this Contest) be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of income, profits or goodwill or indirect damages, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with this Contest, although the Organiser and PayNet has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
  3. By participating in this Contest, the Participant agrees to comply with all the decisions made by the Organiser and agrees unconditionally to the Terms & Conditions of this Contest and all decisions made by the Organiser.
  4. The Organiser would like to alert the Participant to take reasonable precautions when receiving any phone calls or messages requesting for your personal information(s) during and/or after the Contest. The Organiser would also like to advise our valued participants to contact the Organiser for verification regarding the Contest. Winners will be contacted and notified only via the following email address: [email protected] .


Privacy Notice

  1. By participating in this Contest, the Participant give their consent to and authorize   their respective banks to disclose to the Organiser , and authorize the Organiser to collect, store, use, process their names, masked Identification Numbers (IC) and other mandatory personal particulars (“Personal Data”) for the purposes of organizing and/or conducting the Contest, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of the Participant the Organiser’s website for advertising and publicity purposes.
  2. By participating in the Contest, Participant consents and authorizes the Organiser to use a third-party service including but not limited to any MyDebit financial institution to process the Participant's Personal Data. All such third parties are contractually obliged, not to use the Participant's Personal Data in any other than way that stated herein.
  3. Under the laws of Malaysia, the rights of Participant includes:
    1. The rights to withdraw consent for the use of Personal Data at any time by contacting the Organiser at the contact details mentioned below by providing the Organiser with the Participant’s name and email address for removal of the said Personal Data;
    2. The rights to obtain a copy of the Personal Data which the Organiser hold; and
    3. The rights to correct inaccurate Personal Data.

  5. The Organiser will take reasonable precautions to keep Participant's Personal Data secure and requires third party processors to do the same. However, the Organiser may disclose the Participant's Personal Data if required by law, search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
  6. Any matter to the Personal Data relating to this Contest shall be governed by and dealt with in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any relevant laws in Malaysia.

  1. Peraduan “Beli & Menang” (“Peraduan”) dianjurkan oleh Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (No. Syarikat: 200001018812 (521419-K)) (“Penganjur”) dengan kerjasama Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (No. Syarikat: 200801035403 (836743-D)) (“PayNet”).
  2. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada individu yang memenuhi kriteria berikut:
    1. membeli-belah di mana-mana cawangan Lotus’s (secara fizikal) dan/atau Lotus’s Shop Online (https://www.lotuss.com.my/en atau melalui aplikasi mudah alih Lotus’s Malaysia);
    2. berumur 18 tahun ke atas, merupakan penduduk tetap di Malaysia atau warganegara Malaysia dengan dokumen pengenalan diri yang sah serta mempunyai akaun yang sah dengan mana-mana institusi kewangan di Malaysia sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan (“Peserta”); dan

    • Peserta yang telah memenangi hadiah daripada mana-mana peraduan atau kempen yang dianjurkan oleh Lotus’s dalam tempoh ENAM (6) bulan sebelum Tempoh Peraduan ini adalah tidak layak untuk memenangi mana-mana Hadiah Bulanan dalam Peraduan ini.

 

Tempoh Peraduan & Kriteria Penyertaan

  1. Peraduan ini akan bermula dari 31 Julai 2025 hingga 24 September 2025 pada jam 11:59 malam (Waktu Malaysia) (“Tempoh Peraduan”) dan dibahagikan kepada tempoh Mingguan dan Bulanan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Terma dan Syarat ini. Sebarang penyertaan yang diterima selepas Tempoh Peraduan akan ditolak dan dianggap tidak sah.
  2. Pembelian minimum sebanyak RM100 dan ke atas di mana-mana cawangan Lotus’s (secara fizikal) dan/atau Lotus’s Shop Online (https://www.lotuss.com.my/en) dalam satu resit/transaksi, dalam Tempoh Mingguan dan Tempoh Bulanan yang ditetapkan, akan melayakkan peserta untuk maksimum 1 (SATU) penyertaan bagi setiap resit pembelian (“Bukti Pembelian”).
  3. Peserta boleh menghantar lebih daripada SATU (1) penyertaan sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan, namun setiap Peserta dihadkan kepada maksimum TIGA (3) penyertaan sahaja setiap hari sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan. Setiap resit hanya boleh digunakan SEKALI sahaja. Semua penyertaan Peserta akan dibatalkan sekiranya resit yang sama digunakan untuk lebih daripada SATU (1) penyertaan.
  4. Penyertaan yang diterima selepas setiap Tempoh Mingguan dan Bulanan yang ditetapkan akan dianggap tidak sah dan akan dibatalkan. Sebagai contoh, resit pembelian bertarikh 9 Ogos 2025 (bagi Minggu 2 – Peraduan Mingguan) mesti dihantar pada atau sebelum 13 Ogos 2025. Resit tersebut tidak lagi sah untuk dihantar pada minggu berikutnya. Kriteria penghantaran ini turut terpakai untuk Tempoh Peraduan Bulanan. Sila rujuk Tempoh Peraduan di bawah untuk penghantaran anda:

  5. Penganjur berhak untuk mengubah dan/atau melanjutkan tempoh Tempoh Mingguan atau Tempoh Bulanan atau Tempoh Peraduan serta menghentikan Peraduan ini.
  6. Bukti Pembelian / Resit mestilah dihantar melalui kaedah yang dinyatakan di bawah (Cara Penyertaan).

 

Cara Penyertaan

  1. Peserta boleh menghantar penyertaan mereka melalui aplikasi Lotus’s Malaysia (“Mekanisme Peraduan”).

    Langkah Penyertaan:


  1. Peserta juga dikehendaki mengemukakan dokumen pengenalan diri yang sah (Kad Pengenalan Malaysia) semasa atau sebelum penebusan hadiah untuk tujuan pengesahan Pemenang.
  2. Proses Pemilihan Pemenang
    • Pemilihan Pemenang Hadiah Mingguan: Pada akhir setiap Tempoh Mingguan, peserta yang layak akan disenarai pendek oleh sistem pemilihan berkomputer automatik berdasarkan bilangan penyertaan sah yang layak untuk Tempoh Mingguan tersebut.
    • Pemilihan Pemenang Hadiah Bulanan: Pada akhir keseluruhan Tempoh Peraduan Bulanan, peserta yang layak akan disenarai pendek oleh sistem pemilihan berkomputer automatik berdasarkan bilangan penyertaan sah yang diterima sepanjang Tempoh Bulanan.
    • Setiap pemenang hanya layak memenangi SATU (1) Hadiah Mingguan dan/atau SATU (1) Hadiah Bulanan (untuk keseluruhan Tempoh Peraduan).
    • Setelah tamat setiap Tempoh Peraduan, sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi selepas tiga (3) percubaan dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari berturut-turut (waktu bekerja, Isnin hingga Jumaat), Penganjur berhak membatalkan kelayakan pemenang dan memilih peserta lain yang layak sebagai pengganti mengikut budi bicara mutlak Penganjur.

Terma Penebusan, Komunikasi & Tanggungjawab

  1. Hadiah adalah tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan oleh pembekal (jika berkenaan). Sejauh yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, Penganjur, PayNet dan ejen mereka tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang liabiliti, kerugian atau kerosakan yang berpunca daripada sebarang penangguhan, pembatalan, kelewatan, perubahan maklumat hadiah atau sebarang keadaan luar jangka yang di luar kawalan munasabah Penganjur dan/atau PayNet serta sebarang tindakan atau keingkaran oleh vendor atau pembekal pihak ketiga.
  2. Penganjur dan PayNet tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerugian atau kerosakan yang berlaku semasa proses penebusan hadiah.
  3. Penganjur berhak untuk menangguhkan tarikh dan mengubah tempat/venue penebusan hadiah yang telah ditetapkan kepada tarikh atau tempat lain sekiranya berlaku sebarang keadaan luar jangka.
  4. Segala kos pengangkutan berkaitan dengan penebusan dan/atau penghantaran hadiah tidak akan ditanggung oleh Penganjur dan PayNet. Sebarang kos tambahan, cukai, caj perkhidmatan, fi atau caj lain yang dikenakan semasa proses penebusan hadiah adalah tanggungjawab penuh Pemenang.
  5. Penebusan hadiah adalah tertakluk kepada ketersediaan hadiah. Penganjur akan memaklumkan kepada pemenang dari semasa ke semasa.
  6. Semua keputusan yang dibuat oleh Penganjur berkenaan Peraduan ini termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada pemilihan pemenang dan pemberian hadiah peraduan adalah muktamad, konklusif dan mengikat. Sebarang surat-menyurat, rayuan, bantahan atau pertanyaan daripada Peserta tidak akan dilayan.

 

Komunikasi Pemenang

  1. Pemenang akan dihubungi oleh Penganjur melalui alamat emel [email protected] berdasarkan maklumat emel yang dihantar semasa proses penyertaan. Oleh itu, Peserta dinasihatkan untuk mengemaskini alamat emel yang sah dan terkini semasa menghantar penyertaan.
  2. Semua pemenang yang disenarai pendek akan dihubungi secara eksklusif melalui emel dan notifikasi dalam aplikasi Lotus’s Malaysia serta akaun rasmi WhatsApp Lotus’s Malaysia. Tiada kaedah komunikasi lain (seperti SMS atau panggilan telefon) akan digunakan oleh Penganjur untuk Kempen ini.
  3. Peserta bertanggungjawab memastikan alamat emel yang digunakan adalah sah, aktif dan boleh diakses. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kegagalan untuk menerima komunikasi disebabkan alamat emel yang tidak sah, tidak tepat atau tidak aktif. Kegagalan untuk membalas emel dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan boleh menyebabkan peserta hilang kelayakan dan hadiah akan dilucutkan.
  4. Peserta dinasihatkan untuk sentiasa menyemak peti masuk emel yang telah didaftarkan sepanjang Tempoh Kempen bagi sebarang kemas kini atau makluman pemenang. Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab Peserta untuk memastikan bahawa alamat emel yang diberikan semasa penyertaan adalah sah, aktif dan boleh diakses, kerana semua komunikasi rasmi berkaitan Peraduan ini (termasuk makluman pemenang) akan dijalankan secara eksklusif melalui emel dan notifikasi dalam aplikasi Lotus’s Malaysia serta akaun rasmi WhatsApp Lotus’s Malaysia.
  5. Pemenang mesti menuntut hadiah mereka pada tarikh yang telah ditetapkan oleh Penganjur. Sekiranya pemenang (bagi Hadiah Mingguan / Bulanan) gagal menuntut hadiah mereka atau melantik wakil dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan, Penganjur berhak untuk melucutkan hadiah dan memilih pemenang lain. Pemenang perlu mengemukakan dokumen pengenalan diri yang sah untuk menebus/menerima hadiah mereka.
  6. Sekiranya pemenang ingin melantik wakil untuk menuntut hadiah bagi pihak mereka, wakil tersebut perlu mengemukakan:  Surat kebenaran wakil yang dikeluarkan oleh pemenang,  salinan kad pengenalan sah pemenang, dan kad pengenalan wakil yang sah.

 

Hak Penganjur

  1. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta memberikan kebenaran kepada Penganjur untuk menerbitkan dan menggunakan nama serta imej yang dihantar oleh Peserta/Pemenang (jika ada) untuk tujuan pengiklanan, pemasaran, publisiti dan/atau sebarang tujuan lain dalam apa-apa medium tanpa sebarang notis awal atau bayaran pampasan kepada Peserta/Pemenang. Peserta/Pemenang tidak berhak untuk menuntut hak milik atau sebarang bentuk pampasan ke atas bahan-bahan tersebut.
  2. Hadiah tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai. Penganjur berhak untuk menggantikan hadiah dengan hadiah lain yang mempunyai nilai yang sama mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya. Sejauh yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, Penganjur, agensi-agensinya, sekutunya, penaja dan wakil mereka tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kecacatan atau penyalahgunaan hadiah, atau terhadap sebarang tuntutan, liabiliti, kerugian atau kerosakan berkaitan dengan Peraduan ini.
  3. Jika atas apa-apa sebab sekalipun Peraduan ini tidak dapat dijalankan seperti yang dirancang (termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada virus komputer, penggodaman, campur tangan tidak sah, penipuan, kegagalan teknikal, perintah kerajaan termasuk perintah kawalan pergerakan, atau apa-apa sebab luar jangka), Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan, mengubah atau menggantung Peraduan ini mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya.
  4. Penganjur juga berhak untuk menyingkirkan mana-mana Peserta dan/atau penyertaan yang didapati atau disyaki melakukan penipuan, penggodaman, manipulasi terhadap proses penyertaan atau pelaksanaan Peraduan ini atau melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat.
  5. Penganjur berhak untuk meminda Terma dan Syarat Peraduan ini pada bila-bila masa.
  6. Selain Terma dan Syarat ini, sebarang perintah atau peraturan tambahan yang dinyatakan di laman web  https://corp.lotuss.com.my/campaigns/Lesgo-Lokal-dengan-Lotuss atau di tempat lain akan turut mengikat semua Peserta.
  7. Sekiranya berlaku sebarang percanggahan antara Terma dan Syarat ini dan mana-mana bahan promosi, Terma dan Syarat di laman web [INSERT URL] akan diguna pakai. Sekiranya berlaku percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu Terma dan Syarat ini, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.
  8. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta memberikan kebenaran kepada Penganjur atau mana-mana pihak ketiga yang dilantik oleh Penganjur untuk memproses data peribadi Peserta bagi tujuan pelaksanaan Peraduan.
  9. Kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya, segala kos pengangkutan, caj internet, kos peribadi dan/atau sebarang perbelanjaan lain yang ditanggung oleh Peserta berkaitan Peraduan ini adalah tanggungjawab sepenuhnya Peserta. Sejauh yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap kos-kos tersebut.
  10. Penganjur dan PayNet serta sekutu dan/atau pihak ketiga yang diberi kuasa tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang penyertaan yang hilang, rosak, atau tertangguh akibat ralat teknikal atau IT.

 

Liabiliti dan Tanggungjawab

  1. Peserta dan Pemenang akan menanggung sepenuhnya sebarang liabiliti, kemalangan, kecederaan, tuntutan atau kejadian tidak dijangka (termasuk kematian) yang berlaku akibat penyertaan mereka dalam Peraduan dan/atau penebusan atau penggunaan Hadiah, dan bersetuju untuk melepaskan Penganjur dan PayNet daripada sebarang tuntutan.
  2. Sejauh yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, Penganjur, PayNet atau mana-mana pegawai, pekerja, wakil dan/atau ejen (termasuk agensi pihak ketiga) tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerugian langsung atau tidak langsung (termasuk kehilangan pendapatan, keuntungan, reputasi atau kerugian khas) berkaitan dengan Peraduan ini walaupun telah dimaklumkan tentang kemungkinan kerosakan tersebut.
  3. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta bersetuju untuk mematuhi semua keputusan yang dibuat oleh Penganjur dan bersetuju tanpa syarat dengan semua Terma & Syarat Peraduan ini.
  4. Penganjur ingin menasihatkan semua Peserta agar berwaspada terhadap panggilan atau mesej mencurigakan yang meminta maklumat peribadi. Peserta digalakkan untuk menghubungi Penganjur untuk sebarang pengesahan. Pemenang hanya akan dihubungi melalui emel rasmi: [email protected]

 

Notis Privasi

  1. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta memberikan kebenaran dan membenarkan bank masing-masing untuk mendedahkan kepada Penganjur, serta membenarkan Penganjur untuk mengumpul, menyimpan, menggunakan dan memproses nama, nombor pengenalan ‘masked’ (IC), dan butiran peribadi mandatori lain (“Data Peribadi”) bagi tujuan penganjuran dan/atau pelaksanaan Peraduan ini, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada pengumuman dan penerbitan Data Peribadi dan/atau gambar Peserta di laman web Penganjur untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti..
  2. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta juga bersetuju bahawa Penganjur boleh melantik pihak ketiga, termasuk institusi kewangan MyDebit, untuk memproses data peribadi tersebut. Pihak ketiga ini terikat secara kontrak untuk tidak menggunakan data tersebut bagi tujuan lain selain yang dinyatakan.
  3. Hak Peserta di bawah Undang-Undang Malaysia termasuk:
    1. Hak untuk menarik balik persetujuan pada bila-bila masa dengan menghubungi Penganjur melalui maklumat yang dinyatakan;
    2. Hak untuk mendapatkan salinan data peribadi yang disimpan oleh Penganjur; dan
    3. Hak untuk membetulkan sebarang data peribadi yang tidak tepat.

Untuk sebarang pertanyaan mengenai perlindungan data atau hak undang-undang, hubungi talian khidmat pelanggan Penganjur di 1300 13 1313 (Isnin – Jumaat, 9 pagi – 6 petang) atau emel ke [email protected].
  5. Penganjur akan mengambil langkah keselamatan yang munasabah untuk melindungi data peribadi peserta dan memastikan pihak ketiga yang dilantik juga mematuhi perkara ini. Walau bagaimanapun, data peribadi mungkin didedahkan jika dikehendaki oleh undang-undang, waran geledah, sapina atau perintah mahkamah.
  6. Sebarang isu berkaitan data peribadi ini akan ditadbir dan ditangani mengikut Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 dan undang-undang berkaitan di Malaysia.
