Terms & Conditions

This Programme is held by Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”). By contributing to this

Programme, the Contributor (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and

conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with My Lotus’s membership

(the Scheme) Terms & Conditions.

Contribution Period

1st January 2023 until 31st December 2023

Eligibility

This Programme shall be applicable to all My Lotus’s loyalty app members in Malaysia (“Contributors”).

Programme Mechanics

1. During the Contribution Period, Contributors may donate 390 points, equivalent to RM2

through My Lotus’s app, in support of Kechara's initiatives to assist the less fortunate and

homeless by offering a fresh start through makeover activities, the donation of necessities,

and the chance for a job interview with Lotus’s Malaysia.

2. The fundraising activity will be done via My Lotus’s Loyalty app to enable Lotus’s customers

to donate their loyalty points to the fundraising initiative.

3. The goal of Lotus's #KitakanJiran Sama Sama Hidup Baru is to help 3,000 homeless and

displaced people over the course of a year.

4. Kechara will begin its on-the-ground activation beginning in January and February of 2023 in

the Central region. The Northern region will follow in May, and the Southern region will do

so in August.

Other Terms & Conditions:

1. This contribution is not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.

2. Please do not exit the application during the redemption or contribution process.

3. All donations made will go directly towards Kechara Soup Kitchen's (KSK) efforts to help and

create new beginnings for homeless and displaced individuals.

4. This donation is not entitled to a tax exemption.

5. Images used are for illustration purposes only.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole

and absolute discretion without prior notice.

7. In additional to these Terms & Conditions, any other order or rules of the Programme as stated

at https://www.lotuss.com.my/en/mylotuss/privacy-policy shall be binding on all Contributors

in their contributions to this Programme.

8. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions with the Malay language version,
