TERMA & SYARAT PERADUAN “Doodle Dunia Donat” Lotus's (BM):
Peraduan “Doodle Your Donut” (“Peraduan”) ini dianjurkan oleh Lotus’s Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Penganjur”). Dengan menyertai peraduan ini, anda bersetuju untuk terikat serta mematuhi terma dan syarat yang akan terikat dan membentuk perjanjian yang sah di antara anda dan pihak Penganjur. Penganjur berhak untuk memindah, menambah atau mengeluarkan mana-mana terma dan syarat mengikut budi bicara tanpa sebarang notis.
Tempoh Peraduan:
1. Peraduan ini akan bermula dari tarikh 16 Mac 2023 dan tamat pada 26 April 2023. (“Tempoh Peraduan”).
2. Pihak penganjur boleh melanjutkan atau menukar tempoh peraduan pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang notis mengikut budi bicara tunggal dan mutlak.
Kelayakan:
3. Peserta mestilah seorang warganegara atau pemastautin tetap Malaysia yang memegang Kad Pengenalan yang sah (NRIC) nombor (12-digit) dan mestilah berumur 18 tahun ke atas pada tempoh penyertaan.
4. Orang/entiti yang tersebut tidak dibenarkan untuk menyertai peraduan ini:
a. Pekerja tetap dan / atau pekerja sambilan Pihak Penganjur (dan berkaitan dengan syarikat berkenaan) dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka (ibu bapa, pasangan, anak, adik-beradik dan suami isteri masing-masing); dan
b. Wakil dan/atau ejen (termasuk ejen pengiklanan dan pihak pengurusan peraduan) pihak penganjur dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka (ibu bapa, pasangan, anak, adik-beradik dan suami isteri masing-masing.
Penyertaan Peraduan:
5. Untuk menyertai Peraduan ini, sila ikuti langkah berikut:
a. Buat pembelian donut dimana-mana Lotus’s Malaysia serendah RM20 dan simpan resit sebagai bukti pembelian sehingga nama pemenang diumumkan.
b. Conteng donut anda sama ada menggunakan templat sedia ada dari Lotus’s atau gambar donut dari Lotus’s milik anda. Kemudian, komen jawapan anda berserta nama, resit pembelian dan sebab anda sukakan donut Lotus’s di kiriman Facebook (Tekan sini) "Doodle Your Donut" ("Peraduan"). Sertakan juga tanda pagar #DoodleYourDonut #LotussMalaysia. Jawapan paling kreatif akan dipilih sebagai pemenang.

Tempoh Kelayakan:
7. Nota: Semua penyertaan perlu dihantar dalam tempoh tarikh kelayakan. Pihak Penganjur akan mengumumkan para pemenang Peraduan dengan menyiarkan nama-nama pemenang di halaman Facebook Lotus’s Malaysia pada setiap minggu*
8. Pihak Penganjur akan ‘tag’ pemenang-pemenang di ruangan komen di siaran pengumuman pemenang. Ini adalah tertakluk kepada privasi/tetapan ‘tagging’ pemenang di Facebook. Pemenang juga perlu menghantar mesej peribadi ke halaman Facebook Lotus's Malaysia dengan butir-butir berikut setelah diumumkan sebagai pemenang:
a. Nama Penuh
b. Nombor IC
c. Nombor Telefon
d. Alamat Emel
e. Alamat Rumah
f. Resit – Bukti Pembelian
9. Pemenang harus menyediakan maklumat yang dikehendaki penganjur dalam tempoh empat belas hari (14) hari selepas pemberitahuan.
10. Pemenang hendaklah memilih untuk mengambil hadiah mereka di ibu pejabat kami (Tingkat 3, Kepong Village Mall) (Isnin – Jumaat dari 10 pagi hingga 5 petang) atau minta hadiah dihantar ke alamat mereka.
11. Jika pemenang memilih opsyen penghantaran, hadiah akan dihantar ke alamat rumah pemenang tidak lebih dari 4 minggu dari tarikh balas terhadap pemberitahuan. Walau bagaimanapun, Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap Hadiah tanpa resit atau kerosakan yang disebabkan oleh proses penghantaran. Kos penghantaran akan ditanggung oleh pihak Lotus’s. Sebarang ganti rugi dan/atau pertukaran hadiah tidak akan dilayan.
12. Setiap pemenang hanya layak untuk memenangi SATU (1) hadiah sahaja sepanjang tempoh Peraduan.
13. Pihak Penganjur berhak menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan nilai yang sama pada bila-bila masa dengan budi bicara mutlak tanpa sebarang notis dan semua hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik ke individu lain dan tiada rundingan sama sekali.
14. Sekiranya atas apa jua sebab pemenang tidak bertindak balas terhadap pemberitahuan yang telah dibuat dalam tempoh yang telah diberikan, hadiah akan dibatalkan. Penganjur tidak akan membayar ganti rugi atau memberi pampasan atau memberikan sebarang masa lanjutan terhadap pemenang.
15. Semua Hadiah diberikan atas dasar "Seadanya" dan tidak boleh ditukar, dipindah milik atau ditebus dengan wang tunai, kredit, barangan atau baucer,sebahagian atau sepenuhnya.
16. Pihak penganjur tidak akan membuat sebarang jaminan atau representasi dalam apa jua perkara berkaitan dengan hadiah dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap apa jua isu dan / atau kerosakan yang berlaku.
17. Semua pengangkutan, penginapan, kos peribadi dan/atau mana-mana kos, yuran dan/atau perbelanjaan berkaitan yang berlaku untuk menyertai Peraduan adalah tanggungjawab mutlak pemenang.
Lain-lain Terma & Syarat:
18. Dengan menyertai peraduan ini, peserta bersetuju untuk (i) menggunakan personal data dan / atau gambar sebagai bahan untuk tujuan pengiklanan, perdagangan dan / atau publisiti ; dan / atau (ii) untuk mendedahkan butiran kepada mana-mana penyedia perkhidmatan pihak ketiga dan / atau rakan kongsi yang terlibat dengan pihak penganjur untuk tujuan peraduan dan / atau mana-mana kaji selidik untuk memahami tingkah laku pembelian peserta.
19. Keputusan penganjur dalam setiap perkara yang berkaitan dengan peraduan ini adalah muktamad dan terikat. Sebarang surat-menyurat atau pertikaian bagi menafikan keputusan penganjur tidak akan dilayan.
20. Dengan menyertai peraduan ini, anda juga mengakui dan faham bahawa promosi ini tidak ditaja, disokong atau ditadbir atau dikaitkan dengan Instagram mahupun Facebook.
21. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan versi Bahasa Malaysia berhubung terma dan syarat Kempen ini, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunapakai.
Klausa Perlindungan Data Peribadi:
22. Peserta dengan ini telah bersetuju dan membenarkan Lotus’s untuk mengumpul, memproses, dan menyimpan butiran peribadi Peserta untuk menyertai Peraduan dan untuk membolehkan Lotus’s menganjurkan Peraduan tersebut (“Tujuan”). Peserta dengan ini seterusnya membenarkan Lotus’s untuk mendedahkan butiran peribadi Peserta kepada semua pihak yang berkaitan untuk Tujuan sahaja.

LOTUS’S Doodle Your Donut CONTEST TERMS & CONDITION (Eng):
The “Doodle Your Donut” (“Contest”) is organised by Lotus’s Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (the “Organiser”). By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the rights to amend, add to or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Contest Period:
1. This Contest will commence from 16 March 2023 and end on 26 April 2023 (“Contest Period”).
2. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend or amend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice.
Eligibility:
3. The contestant must be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12-digit) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation.

5. To participate in this Contest, please follow the steps below:
a. Purchase a minimum of RM20 worth of donuts at any Lotus’s store in Malaysia and keep your receipt as proof of purchase until all the winners are announced.

Doodle your donut by either using Lotus’s ready-made template or your own picture of Lotus’s donuts then comment your answer, name, receipt of purchases and why you love our Lotus’s donuts in the "Doodle Your Donut" ("Contest") Facebook post

Qualifying Period:
7. Note: All entries must be submitted within the qualifying dates. The Organiser will announce the winners of this Contest by publishing their names on the Lotus’s Malaysia Facebook page on a weekly* basis.
8. The Organiser will tag the winners in the comment section of the winner announcement post. This is subject to winners’ privacy / tagging settings on Facebook. Winners are also required to send a private message to Lotus’s Malaysia Facebook page with the following details upon being announced as a winner:
a. Full Name
b. NRIC Number
c. Mobile Number
d. Email Address
e. Home Address
f. Receipt - Proof of purchase
9. Winners must provide details requested by the Organiser within fourteen (14) days after the Notification.
10. Winners must choose either to pick up their prizes at our headquarters (Level 3, Kepong Village Mall) (Monday – Friday from 10am till 5pm) or to have the prize delivered to their address.
11. If winners choose the delivery option, prizes will be posted to winners’ home addresses no later than 4 weeks from the reply to the Notification. However, in the event of the Organiser is required to post/courier a Prize to a winner, the Organiser will not be held liable of non-receipt of Prize or damages caused during the delivery process. The delivery cost is borne by Lotus’s. No replacement and/or exchange of the Prize will be entertained.
12. Each winner is entitled to win one (1) prize only during the whole Contest Period.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.
14. In the event, for any reason whatsoever, the winner did not respond to the notification, within the stipulated time period, the Prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will neither reimburse or compensation nor give any extension of time to the winner.
15. All Prizes are given on an "As Is" basis and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.
16. The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any issues and/or damage thereto or arising there from.
17. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Other Terms & Conditions:
18. By participating in this Contest, the contestant agrees (i) to use of his/her name and/or photograph as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity; and/or (ii) to the disclosure of his/her particulars to any third-party service providers and/or partners engaged by the Organiser for purposes of the Contest and/or any customer survey in understanding contestants' purchasing behaviour.
19. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
20. By joining this Contest, you also acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
21. In the event of a conflict between the Bahasa Melayu language version and the English language version of the terms and conditions of this Campaign, the English language version shall prevail.
Personal Data Protection Clause:
22. The participant(s) hereby consent and authorize Lotus’s to collect, process, and keep the personal details of the Participants(s) for participating in the Contest and to enable Lotus’s to organize the said Contest (“Purpose”). The participant(s) hereby further allow Lotus’s to disclose the Participant’s personal details to all related parties for the Purpose only.
